Privacy notice

GreenStage Services (Con Murphy, Ireland) is responsible for the personal details you send us through this website.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you're interested in and your message.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide our services. We rely on your consent and on steps you ask us to take before a contract. We never sell your details or add you to marketing lists.

Who processes it

Form messages are delivered to our mailbox by Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Our email is hosted by Zoho in the EU, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as Irish tax and company law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
